WHAT IS A THE VIEW COMPANY GIFT VOUCHER?

Each VC Gift Voucher carries a monetary balance that can be used to pay for salon services. Gift Voucher delivered via email include a unique 12-digit code that when entered at checkout, apply a reduction to the order total.

WHERE CAN I SPEND MY GIFT VOUCHER?

Gift Voucher are valid for services, products at view 14 salon and view studios. The gift voucher can be used as full or part payment for all purchasable services and products, but cannot be used to purchase more gift vouchers. If your service costs more than the value of the Gift Voucher, you can pay the additional amount at checkout. Similarly, if you don’t want to spend the whole gift at once, the remaining balance will stay in your salon account.

HOW LONG WILL MY GIFT VOUCHER BE VALID FOR?

Your Gift Voucher balance will remain valid for 1 year after the date of purchase. The exact expiry date will be included in the Gift Voucher email itself.

WHEN WILL MY GIFT VOUCHER ARRIVE?

CAN I CANCEL MY GIFT VOUCHER PURCHASE?

a 14 day return policy on all Gift Vouchers, during which you can cancel your purchase, provided it hasn’t yet been activated.
